The most important achievement of modern stomatology is tooth implantation.

The procedure lies in the following: analogue of the tooth root is implanted (installed) in the jaw bone. Taking painfulness and discomfort into account, we may assert, that this procedure is much more pleasant, than tooth extraction. But installation of the implant, inner part of the tooth, is only the first stage. The tooth itself, or, to be more precise, its visible part is installed only after 2-6 months, when artificial root finally gets accustomed in the gems. The speed of replantation depends on the quality of the implant and the firm-producer; the more expensive an implant is, the sooner it may be loaded. Final stage of the restoration is a placement on all prior constructions (implant and abutment). It ends in prosthesis. Prosthesis is a restoration by tooth crowns and dentures according to the planned work.
